Commis Sommelier (Sommelier and Chef Jobs: Hotels)

Award winning and very prestigious 5 star hotel in Hampshire requires a talented Commis Sommelier to join their restaurant team - this is one role for someone very serious in the career and wanting to go places!!!

 

You will need to be very skilled with a minimum of 2 Rosette experience and ideally with a 5 or 4 star hotel background a basic knowledge of wines and serving of them. You must have a great eye for detail, love customer service and perfection. The role will require you cover mainly lunch, and Dinner service.

 

In return they are offering a basic salary of £16870 plus aprox a further £2370 in service charges, plus many other company benefits including live-in accommodation if needed
