The Role:
As a Restaurant Manager, you’ll work closely with the General Manager and senior team to ensure a seamless, warm, and polished guest experience. From overseeing floor operations to coaching your team, you’ll be the heartbeat of service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate the front-of-house team to deliver exceptional, personalised service.
- Oversee daily operations, floor management, and guest interactions.
- Support in hiring, onboarding, and training of team members.
- Uphold the highest service standards, guest relations, and attention to detail.
- Work closely with the kitchen, bar, and reception teams for seamless service.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager in a premium dining environment.
- Deep appreciation for Italian food, wine, and service culture.
- Excellent people management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Calm under pressure, with a guest-first approach.
Strong knowledge of restaurant systems and reservation platforms.
