Pied à Terre Restaurant is looking for a commis sommelier to join it's team. 
The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic and have a keen interest in wine and food. No prior knowledge is required but would be welcomed.
A good grasp of English is essential and good interpersonal skills are required as you will be in direct contact with our customers.
You will be working in a small team with two other sommeliers and duties will include helping to organise glasses and wines needed for the service, support the other sommeliers during the service and helping to maintain order in the wine cellar. 
Pied a Terre is a small privately owned restaurant that has held a Michelin star for over 25 years.
As a sommelier at Pied à Terre you will have access to one of the most diverse and extensive wine lists in the country, you will be directly involved in regular tastings with producers and suppliers and will learn skills including wine and food matching.

Salary is competitive and hours will enable you to study and attend external tastings in your own time
