We are looking for a keen , hardworking indidivual who is passionate about all things vinuous, as well as craft spirits , beers , cider and perry to work with a well known wine ambassador and international wine judge on a new and very exciting boutique wine bar and Tapas restaurant opening in the affluent Surrey area.
This is a very ground breaking venue, offering a very fluid wine list from all round the world ,having a strong offering of locally produced sparkling wines, as well as wines from all the classic regions.
We will also have fully functional and very well stocked bar, offering and an excellent bespoke Classic and Seasonal cocktail /spirit list.
In every way we are looking to work with artisan producers of all our drinks offering both alcoholic and soft .
The applicant would work very closely with our wine Director in the selection of our wines, and be very capable in the perfect service to our customers. There would be on going wine education , training and personel mentoring included at all times. We firmly believe in offering WSET courses to the right applicant.
Regular attendance to trade and supplier tastings would also be required.
With there being private function rooms and regular wine themed events there is a wide scoop of opportunity to learn and grow with the business.
We will offer a package that will be equal to any applicants experience, as well as offering an opportunity to have your say , and influence our offering as well as our customers.
