We are recruiting for a Chef de Rang / Senior Food & Beverage Assistant who has superb standards of service and an excellent understanding of food and wine. This is a full-time position to work 40 hours over 5 days per week; shifts will include evenings and weekends.

Duties & responsibilities of a Chef de Rang / Senior Food & Beverage Assistant:

As part of the role you will be expected to communicate with the chefs and other members of the team ensuring all standards are met with attention to detail, creating memories of an experience that the guest will never forget.

The ideal candidate will have personal attributes which include dynamism and a passion for the industry. This is a very hands on role where you will have direct contact with all guests and have the opportunity to show your personality. As Chef de Rang / Senior Food & Beverage Assistant you will ensure an exceptional level of service is provided at all times.

Skills and qualification requirements of a Chef de Rang / Senior Food & Beverage Assistant:

Experience in a similar position is essential.
