An exciting opportunity to join the team at Skew, a leading restaurant in East Hertfordshire. We are seeking an experienced Sommelier to help launch our new Wine list. Formal qualifications aren’t necessary, but there will be a need to demonstrate adequate experience having undertaken similar roles in the past. The hours expected will be 17:00 – 22:00 Wednesday to Saturday inclusive, and Sunday 12:00 – 17:00. We are seeking an enthusiastic and energetic individual with a smart appearance.
