We are currently looking for a Food and Beverage Manager for a historical hotel and pub in Wiltshire. This historical venue has 25 bedrooms, 2 bars and a fantastic restaurant with a beautiful courtyard for the summer months. The ideal candidate will have a passion for craft ales, fine wines and seasonal produce with a customer focused approach.

Role of a General Manager:

  • Ensure the companies standards and procedures are delivered across the business
  • Manage all allocated budgets across the sites
  • Nurture teams to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Take ownership and deliver guest satisfaction and KPIs
