We have a new opportunity for a Social Media Manager to join our Marketing Team at our UK Head Office in Weybridge, close to the train and town centre, with free parking on site. About the role - Key Accountabilities
- Implementing strategic objectives laid out by each brand’s social media strategy
- Advise Senior Social Media Manager on key consumer trends, patterns or data that could influence our overall social media strategy
- Produce engaging social media content for each of Accolade Wine’s key brands in the UK
- Maintain a social media content calendar for these key brands
- Create monthly social reports for key brands to be shared with key stakeholders, using Radarly and Social Bakers
- Maintain social media community FAQ and guidelines
- Create social media giveaways and competitions
- Manage archive of social media and digital content and relationships with key ecommerce customers
- Manage fulfilment of prizes for social media competitions
About you
You will have a minimum of 3 years demonstrable experience managing social media channels for a large brand and experience managing multiple brands for one business with Social Media Customer Service experience – dealing with complaints/issues/praise and an understanding of escalation processes/procedures/best practices.
The following is essential for the successful applicant:
- Strong copywriting ability is essential
- Experience using social media analytic software (e.g. Social Bakers, Radian 6, or similar)
- Knowledge of the general rules and T’s & C’s surrounding social media competitions
- Able to change tone of voice for different audiences/brands
- Experience translating/adapting ATL marketing materials into social media content
- Analytical experience – interpreting social media insights and data into actionable reports that are easy to communicate to those unfamiliar with social media terminology
- Experience covering live events on social media
- Basic photography experience – staging product shots and covering live events. Phone camera is fine.
You will have the flexibility to work out of office hours to accommodate the occasional call with our Australian colleagues and have the ability to travel to our Accolade Park site near Bristol, if required.
