GENERAL MANAGER WISTON ESTATE CHALK RESTAURANT AND CELLAR DOOR RETAIL – PERMANENT, FULL TIME.

Wiston Estate’s purpose is to ‘foster a rural meeting place where people, nature and enterprises flourish’

Your purpose will be to enable the vision of the Estate through the compassionate leadership of the team. You will challenge the status quo and drive the success of the new visitor centre and restaurant, ensuring a generous welcome to all.

  • Your Responsibilities:

    • People: You will recruit and develop a high performing team enabling a fun and happy working environment

    • Customer Experience: You will champion swift, efficient and engaging customer service across all sales channels

    • P&L: You will prepare and deliver the sales and profit plan

    • Operations: You will ensure Brand standards are maintained across the site

    • Statutory: You will own legal compliance

    • A minimum of five years experience within the premium hospitality/retail sector

    • Experience of working with an opening, launch and early-stage business
