About the role
Building strong relationships through working closely across the Sales and Marketing teams, and reporting to the Head of Commercial Strategy & Revenue Growth Management, this role will assist in the development and execution revenue growth plans, this will enable the team to deliver on short term financial targets and laying the foundations for long term sustainable growth.
- Work cross functionally with finance, sales and marketing to deliver and embed RGM agenda to grow GP and NSR.
- Support the Head of Commercial Strategy and RGM to deliver incremental NSR growth across the EMEA region through analysis of opportunities by retailer and channel
- Conduct pricing analysis of our products across region to ensure that they remain profitable
- Ensure that there is a commercial element to the NPD pipeline to ensure it fulfils its role and positioning with the portfolio strategy.
- Isolate growth opportunities from a pricing, promotion and assortment perspective across the region and ensuring these are tracked to help their delivery
About you
We are looking for someone who has strong relationship building skills, and an analytical mind. You will be someone who has a natural drive for getting results and a strong commercial acumen.
- You will have a degree in Business, Economics, or a similar discipline
- Post-Graduate qualification is desirable but not essential
- 3-5 years of experience in commercial/ Finance functions within FMCG organisations
