Reporting to the Area Manager the Store Manager will effectively run the Stockton Heath Store. You will be responsible for the management and day to day supervision of a team of assistants to deliver excellent customer service as well as developing and promoting the Corks Out brand.
Responsibilities:
- Stock Management
- Training and developing staff, including basic procedures and product knowledge.
- Managing merchandising, window displays and customer communications.
- Managing and supervising a team of Assistants.
- Accurate reporting.
- Staff and management communication.
- Promoting our customer experience.
- Manage our social media accounts
Personal Specification:
- You will already have experience of managing a team in a customer facing role, either in the Retail or Hospitality sector.
- You have a good understanding of wines and spirits.
- You have confidence to stand in front of customers to talk about wines and spirits.
- You have a WSET level 2 or above - recommended.
