We are currently seeking an experienced Wine Advisor to join our teams across our shops in South West London. Working two to three 9-hour shifts per week, including weekends and evenings. Ideally you should be flexible and potentially available for additional shifts if needed.
The position requires energy and enthusiasm as well as the following attributes or experience:
- Excellent communication and engaging customer service skills together with a minimum of one years wine retail experience.
- A demonstrable passion for wine and the ability to discuss in depth and advise on of wine, spirits & beer purchases at all levels including fine wine (minimum WSET level 3)
- Hospitality or table service experience would be beneficial for our drink in offering.
- Well organised with good IT skills and an attention to detail and energetic.
- A high level of integrity, reliability and flexibility with a warm and friendly manner.
- A smart and professional image and attitude, as well as a sense of humour are essential.
Hourly pay based on experience.
