We are a small, independent, family-run restaurant nestled in the Chiltern Hills and are looking for someone to join our FOH team, responsible for the wine – service and behind the scenes.

 

Responsibilities will include:

 

·         Service of wine and beverages, giving recommendations and guiding customers through our extensive list.

 

·         Stock control and effective ordering from our many different suppliers

 

·         Management of the list with vintage changes etc

 

Prior wine knowledge is beneficial but not essential - the key quality is passion and enthusiasm! This is an excellent opportunity for someone to learn a huge amount from our wine list.

 

Live-in can be provided if necessary.
