Hours: Full-time 40 hours per week (Rotating shift pattern, including nights)

Reporting to: Production Supervisor

Broadland Drinks is a fast growing, 160 strong team based in Cawston, Norfolk with a

passion for creating drink brands that people love. Our highly efficient winery makes and

ferments wines and drinks, received in bulk, imported from around the world and can pack

into a variety of formats.

Main Purposes: To support the production team to produce correctly labelled,

packaged and palletised product in a safe and hygienic environment. To ensure adherence

to BDL’s processes & procedures and maintain the company’s excellent product quality

standard at all times.

Daily duties/Requirements:

· To ensure the production team are producing correctly labelled, packaged and palletised product in a safe and hygienic environment

· Assisting with the set-up of relevant production lines as required

· Ensuring that Production Operatives are always supervised in the absence of the Production Supervisor

· Ensuring any issues relating to H&S, machinery, equipment, and broken glass etc. are dealt with immediately and reported to the Production Supervisor

· Any ad hoc projects or additional tasks as required by the Production Supervisor

Key Skills/Competencies required:

· Previous Food Manufacturing Production experience is essential.

· Previous supervisory or team leading experience would be an advantage

· Excellent communication skills and confidence to interact with staff at all levels

· Enthusiasm and initiative in making a difference to the business

· Ability to demonstrate a sound working knowledge of production processes and procedures as appropriate

· High work standards and attention to detail

· Able to provide leadership and appropriate support to a multi-skilled production team

· Excellent team-working skills as well as the ability to work on your own and using personal initiative

· Organised, with the ability to multi-task and prioritise workload

· Positive thinker, able to identify areas for improvement and added value to the business

· Professional approach
