Job Description
Do you have a passion for all things wine related and a genuine desire to deliver a wonderful guest experience?
We are looking for someone who is knowledgeable in wines, self-motivated with a flexible attitude and has fantastic communication skills. You will be kind, caring and someone who enjoys creating long lasting memories for our guests.
As part of the bar team you will be responsible for:
- Creating drinks that you are proud to serve.
- Offering specialist knowledge on our drinks menu’s and pairing food menus daily.
- Enhancing our guest experience with food and drink.
- Barista coffee - hot drinks are also important!
- Maintaining and operating our well-oiled bar.
- Wine service in 2 Rosette restaurants.
- Promote and drive beverage sales across business.
- Cellar / stock management.
Qualifications
- WSET level 3 or currently working towards to level 3
- A thorough knowledge of world/local wines and other drinks.
- A good palate for wine.
- An ability to relate to people from all over the world.
- An understanding of how the wine and spirits industry works.
- Good communication and selling skills.
- A strong commitment to guest service.
