We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to join the growing Crump Richmond & Shaw Fine Wine team, a Marylebone based wine brokerage in a Customer Services & Administrative role.
We are looking for an organised and outgoing person capable of utilizing strong communication skills in assisting the sales team; liaising between customers and other departments within CRS to resolve any after-sale issues; as well as assisting with data management within the company,
The ability to prioritise effectively and maintain high levels of customer service are essential for this role.
Your role will comprise of:
- Assisting the sales team with any arising logistical issues, organising shipments with third party vendors, checking and reporting on wine condition, producing inventories of customer stock.
- Raising non-wine invoices as necessary to arrange delivery on the Xero accountancy system.
- Interacting with customers on a daily basis regarding shipping, storage and other queries.
- Assisting with the completion of sales and purchase orders on an in-house system.
- Assisting with maintaining the vast list of wine that we offer through reconciliation of data from numerous sources.
- Performing clerical, administrative and/or IT support tasks as required.
This role would suit someone with previous experience in a customer service or administrative role, particularily within the wine industry, who will shape the role into their own within a small team.

£18,000 - £25,000 dependent on experience
