Hortus Ltd is a family-owned labour supply and vineyard management company with a strong reputation in New Zealand.

Due to the growth, our vineyard management and viticulture division is seeking skilled and experienced vineyard machinery operators for the NZ summer growing season.  

The role includes operating vineyard machinery such as a gondola, harvester and tractors, monitoring irrigation, trellis maintenance, implementing spray programmes and basic machinery maintenance.

We are seeking applications from experienced operators, with at least two years’ experience operating machinery on a vineyard.

We can offer full-time work between November 2018 and April 2019.  Accommodation and vehicle could also be available as part of the renumeration package. 

To be considered you will need to be able to get a working visa for New Zealand, have a Full Driver's and pass pre-employment Drug and Alcohol testing.
