My client is a Michelin star awarded restaurant group with a focus on full service, authentic food and a unique offering of wine. With massive growth in sales since it’s humble beginnings, as well as winning a Michelin star there is plenty of room for staff development in the team.

I am looking for an experienced Sommelier to join the team. You will use your skills in cellar management, wine buying, stock control, preparing wine lists, staff training, and tastings with a fun and friendly vibe for the team and guests while delivering outstanding customer service every time.
