As a member of the marketing department, you will work cross functionally to ensure our brands are present and play an active role in the moments that matter in consumers lives.  You will have a commitment to efficiency and ROI, to learning and improving and sharing best practice across the department to enable us to accelerate our performance.

You will have a clear view of the big initiatives that will accelerate growth for our business, from A&P investment, to NPD, to digital acceleration & experiential and you will focus on delivering these with impact so we can achieve our goal.

About your role

· To set the long term brand strategic direction

· To develop and implement activation plans to deliver agreed brand consumer & financial targets

Key Responsibilities

Key responsibilities will include:

· Delivery of annual 4 year strategic plan and brand plan based on relevant consumer insight, marketplace dynamics & detailed competitor understanding

· Delivery of communications plans

· Manage relationships with external agencies to deliver communications plans

· Work effectively with Global Marketing team to select and implement activities that deliver against the brand plan

· Identification of consumer insights

· Briefing of consumer research as required

· Monitor monthly brand performance, identify any variances against plan & recommendation of appropriate remedial actions

· Effective management of the 'day-to-day' brand administration

· To be a passionate brand champion

· Work closely with customer marketing and commercial teams to deliver brand business objectives

· To identify innovative opportunities to drive incremental business growth
