Bimber is a fast growing, innovative and award winning distillery producing high quality spirits based in West London. We only use natural ingredients and traditional methods to craft a range spirits, including different Vodkas & Gin, and have already received multiple awards from the International Spirits Challenge & the International Wine & Spirits Competition. You can find our spirits in some of London’s best on-trade and retail outlets.

We are one of the first London distilleries to produce Single Malt Whisky for over a century. Our English barley is carefully selected before malting, then it is mashed, fermented and distilled in our two copper pot stills. We age our new-make spirit in four different cask types: ex-Bourbon, ex-Pedro Ximenez, ex-Port & virgin American oak. The first batches will become The London Single Malt whisky in June 2019.

  • The role is to grow the Bimber brand and maximise sales, distribution & visibility by developing the brand within London
  • You will manage all aspects of the Bimber customer relationship; working to maximise the potential through existing customers whilst increasing share within the Independent On Trade and Retail outlets as well as securing new quality distribution with regional groups.
  • Drive new London on trade business including premium cocktail bars, prestige hotels, bars and restaurants
  • Deliver brand training and education to the trade and consumers
  • Work closely with our distribution partners to identify new business and grow existing business
  • Over achieve set KPI’s for territory based on new distribution, strategic partnerships, visibility and brand education
  • You will be fully accountable for the delivery of our business priorities within your region, as you execute our brand & volume building initiatives whilst networking with key figures to become an integral part of the UK craft spirits scene


  • Has an entrepreneurial approach and can think outside of the box, with creative ideas and mindset
  • Is someone who is ambitious, results-focused and willing to get stuck in
  • Has a proven track record of working independently, being self-motivated and able to manage time and workload effectively
  • Has a knowledge of the U.K. drinks industry, with an enthusiasm for spirits and a working knowledge of cocktails will also be looked upon favourably.
  • 1-2 years proven sales experience in a field based role and ambition to consistently deliver results
  • A passion for the London bar & restaurant scene with a confidence to work across all types of accounts from a pub to top-end restaurant
  • Is energetic, tenacious and resilient with great listening skills and the flexibility to respond creatively to customer needs
  • Confident, persuasive, with a ‘can do’ attitude with a hunger for driving new business and is comfortable with a 100% field based role
  • Is confident hosting a tasting for either trade or consumers in small or big groups
  • Can show excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Is proficient in using MS Office applications (including Outlook, Word, Excel & Powerpoint)
  • Doesn’t mind flexible working – with some parts of role falling outside of traditional office hours.
