About the Role
We’re looking for an energetic sales and marketing assistant to work with the Portfolio Manager and support the Sales team with an expanding customer base.
The role is responsible for:
- Keeping sales and marketing materials, website and price lists up-to-date
- Assisting with social media accounts
- Planning and organising winemaker visits, tastings and events
- Supporting sales with communication of new wines and pricing
- Delivering customer training sessions and assisting sales with customer requests and samples
- Creating, updating, and managing customer data
- Supporting the wider team with general queries
The ideal candidate will have the following:
- Restaurant and/or wine trade experience
- A background in customer service / marketing
- Experience running social media accounts
- Detail oriented and precise, with exceptional IT skills (Excel and MS office 365 skills a must).
- A passion for and knowledge of wine to at least WSET level 3 or equivalent
- Excellent written and spoken English, other languages an advantage
