ONLINE SALES AND MARKETING MANAGER (Wine Jobs: Sales & Marketing)

The Role:

We are looking to recruit a dynamic Online Sales and Marketing Manager to drive the development of our online sales and marketing to ensure future success and return on investment.

- Developing and delivering the online sales and marketing strategy of the business.

- Driving new and existing online sales. 

- Planning digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, PPC, SEO, email, social media and display advertising.

- Maintaining our social media presence across all digital channels.
 
- Measuring and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns.

- Converting traditional ordering channels to online. 
 
The Person:

- High energy, proactive, positive, driven individual with a relentless determination for success.
 
- Previous experience in an online sales and marketing role.
 
- Minimum 3 years managerial experience and educated to degree level.
 
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with attention to detail.
 
- A self-starter who is proactive and can set and achieve goals.
 
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage and prioritise own workload.
 
- Digital native, with a passion across all digital platforms.
 
- Ideally reside within a 45-minute commute to our head office at Park Royal NW10 7ST.
