We are looking for a creative and self-motivated Marketing Executive to join our newly formed Sales & Marketing team. This role works with both B2C and B2B marketing and offers an opportunity to grow your skill set across both areas.

In this role, responsibilities will include:

  • Plan, develop and implement effective marketing communication campaigns for IWSC & Club O.
  • Compile briefs for internal and external interested party for upcoming campaigns
  • Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, PRs, agencies and vendors.
  • Ensure effective delivery of partnership agreements
  • Setting up contra deals and marketing partnerships for IWSC & Club O
  • Write copy for all marketing collateral (brochures, letters, emails etc.) and circulate to all channels.
  • Analyse and report on competitor activity
  • Produce marketing schedules in accordance with the timelines for each event, taking particular account of early bird incentives, entry deadlines etc. and work with content teams to coordinate schedules with other special events/supplements etc.
  • Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals
  • Working with the wider team to optimise customer journeys and maximise brand awareness.
  • Work with sales team to deliver improved conversion and brand awareness
  • Work closely with events team to ensure branding at our events is in line with relevant brand guidelines and tone of voice.

The ideal candidate will have:

Previous marketing experience in retail or parallel industry – with 2 years

  • Ability to develop deep understanding of audience, audience needs, industry and marketing effectiveness.
  • Keen understanding of data driven marketing.
  • Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritise workload and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication
  • Good written and verbal English
  • An ability to work independently and as a team
  • Quick to learn
  • A natural communicator with the ability to effectively communicate at all levels within the organisation.

Competitive basic salary, dependent on experience. The job is based in our offices in West London.
