Assisting in the day to day operations of a dynamic London based wine company.
Role focused on the logistics side, supporting Logistics Manager in tasks such as handling and placing customer orders, dealing with customer queries, reconciling stock, liaising with overseas suppliers and arranging shipments.
Liaising with Sales team on stock and delivery issues and general customer service.
Key skills:
· Attention to detail, good communication and customer service skills.
· Competent with Microsoft Office especially Excel.
· An interest in wine, desire to take full advantage of opportunity to learn all aspects of wine market.
· Language skills helpful but not necessary.
