About the Role
We are looking for a Logistics and Customer Service Coordinator to support our day-to-day operations, ensure efficient order management and work closely with the Logistics Manager. The ideal candidate will have strong relevant experience, with excellent attention to detail and good communication skills. While it is not essential that the person has previously worked for a drinks company, an interest in the world of wine would be expected.
Responsibilities
Receive, liaise, and fulfil duty paid or underbond customer purchase orders each day from accounts around the UK
Communicate and co-ordinate with the Sales team and customers to ensure orders are correctly fulfilled and queries resolved
Oversee weekly stocktakes and stock management·
Manage 700+ wines with QuickBooks software, internal systems and London City Bond’s Vision CIS software
Generate relevant data for the sales and marketing team to analyse, report and plan parts of their daily work
Assist Logistics Manager with the following:
Forecasting demand, creating purchase orders and coordinating shipping from around the world
Managing the company’s supply chain to ensure the seamless delivery of products to our wide customer base
Collating and providing UK import documents in compliance of new and upcoming Brexit requirements
Skills & Experience
· Strong written and spoken English skills
· Excellent organisational skills including proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
· An approach to getting things done quickly and to a high standard — an eye for detail is key
· A commitment to high levels of customer service
· Comfortable working in a high-paced environment, juggling more than one task at once
· Ability to work independently and within a team.
· Proficiency in languages, especially French and Spanish would be an advantage

Salary: from £23,000 per annum, depending on experience + pension and bonus
