The Role:
We are looking to bring onto our team an energetic Inbound Logistics Administrator to support our ever expanding portfolio, list of suppliers and team members. We are looking for someone who can work closely with the buying team and management to control the logistics for our portfolio to ensure the arrival of goods within our various warehouses and cellars.
Tasks:
- Importing and managing the logistics for a portfolio of suppliers with our shipping agents.
- Ensuring arrival of goods in a timely manor.
- Tracking shipments and providing ETAs.
- Resolving import queries with suppliers, shipping agents and/or our warehouse.
- Deal with the customs related to import paperwork
- Manage and control stock on a daily basis
About You:
- A bachelor’s degree, preferably in business administration
- Knowledges in stock management and logistics is a plus - however not mandatory as we will prove a full training
- Knowledges in wines & Spirits is a plus but not mandatory
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Outlook, Excel
- Outstanding spoken and written communication skills
- Excellent organisation and planning skills
