Located in the heart of Westminster, the new outlets within the hotel will offer its teams the opportunity to join one of this year's most exciting new and promising openings, with the support, standards and luxury service the Conrad is famous for. They will consist of:

• The Blue Boar Pub, opened May 2021, which is a contemporary take on a British pub

Blue Boar Pub is a comfortable and relaxed modern take on the classic London pub, and, at heart, is a real ‘local’ in iconic Westminster. At Blue Boar, we’re all about proper pub dining, served with craft and international beers and ales, a diverse wine list, tempting cocktails and top-tier spirits. Chef Sally Abé has created a menu to reflect the best of British Pub dining.

• The Hedgerow, the hotel’s first cocktail bar, which takes inspiration from the beauty of the traditional British countryside
• The Pem, a glamourous and elegant restaurant in the centre of the hotel showcasing classic British cuisine using modern techniques
• The Orchard, for afternoon teas and lighter meals

Salary

• The salary for this position is £13 per hour plus an expected average annual service charge likely to be between £3000-£5000

Experience

• Previous Food and Beverage and/or industry experience (F&B or bar)
• Previous experience in supervising and/or delegation
• Willingness to develop team members and self
• Experience with cash handling
• Knowledge of Food Hygiene Regulations

• Westminster Tube Station- Jubilee Line- 4 mins walk
• Victoria Station ( 6 mins walk ) 
• Waterloo Station (10 mins walk )  – Mainline
