The Guardsman is a brand-new 5* Independent, boutique hotel situated a short stroll from Buckingham Palace, which opened in Autumn 2020. Our aim is to present our guests with a true home-away-from-home experience in our intimate property which features 53 luxurious bedrooms, whilst the top three floors encompass six exclusive residences, designed as the perfect London pied-a-terre.
Our level of service is second to none and is tailored to each guest. We get to know our guests and remember their wants, needs and preferences. We ensure that the guest feels pampered, not pressured. We are ever present, but discreet, attentive but not intrusive, offering our guests a home-away-from-home experience.

The hotel has an opportunity available for a Food and Beverage Supervisor
Your duties will include:
- The ability to work under pressure;
- The ability to engage with guests sitting at the bar and restaurant;
- The ability to adapt swiftly and seamlessly to situations that arise;
- A passion in ensuring a delightful experience for clients and guests alike;
- Good communication skills and very good level of English.

The qualities of the role:
- 2 years’ experience in a F&B role within a good quality hotel.
- Good food knowledge.
- Excellent wine and spirits knowledge.
- Good customer service experience and skills.
- Highly motivated individual with initiative and the ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent organisation and time management skills.
- Experience in implementing sop’s in F&B.
