Assistant Manager (Wine Jobs: Sales & Marketing)

Jeroboams has eight busy fine wine and spirits shops located in central London and we are currently looking for assistant manager to join our team. Reporting to the store manager, you will be responsible for maintaining a high and exacting standard of customer service and visual merchandising in the store. You will work closely alongside the store manager to meet sales target by driving business, developing relationships with private customers and local businesses. We have a growing private client sales database so your responsibility will be developing this sector in tandem with the store manager. A key aspect of the role will be working with a team of sales advisors to ensure the shop is presented to a high standard.

We are looking for a highly motivated, self-driven and charismatic individual with strong organisational skills who will be able to positively develop our already successful stores. The candidate should have excellent verbal and written communication to engage with customers and assist in training staff to a high standard. A retail sales background is necessary with private sales experience and a knowledge of the fine market a bonus. Experience of leading customer tastings and WSET Advanced is highly desirable.
