One of London’s most exclusive wine bars, who are on the hunt for an Assistant Manager who knows their Bordeaux’s to their Malbec’s. Someone who has a keen eye for detail and doesn’t lower their standards under pressure. This is a chance to join a vibrant, dynamic company who already have a well-established estate in the capital. This would suit an Assistant Manager with experience in a similar role.
Skills and Experience:
- One years Management experience within a similar role
- Good knowledge of wine
- Premium Service experience
- Ability to manage and develop your team
- Passion for food.
