Our client is one of the oldest bar groups within Central London located in some of the best locations across the City of London. You would be joining an established and stable company that can strong progression within the company, with great training programs for development. If you are an Assistant Manager that has a passion for fresh food, amazing wine, working in a professional environment then my client would like to hear form you
Skills and Experience:
- Good knowledge of wine
- Premium Service experience, restaurants and bars
- Ability to manage and develop your team
- Passion for food and drinks, full table service experience needed
- MUST have 18 months experience in a Management role
