The Company
Gourvid is a South American specialist, importer and distributor of selected wines from small producers from Argentina, Chile and Brazil. Our goal is to act as a link between unique South American wine producers and consumers in the UK and Europe.
Our producers were carefully selected, looking for outstanding quality and value on their wines. They also complement each other, resulting in a broad portfolio, designed to satisfy several market requirements.
Required experience and skills
• Proven track record as a brand ambassador in the UK market, ideally working with Wine brands.
• Demonstrable experience in executing tastings
• In-depth understanding of both off and on trade business.
• Comprehensive knowledge of how wines are produced.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to create great presentations
• Excellent time management, planning and organisation skills.
• High levels of numeracy and literacy, with a commercial mindset
• Preferably WSET level 3, but Level 2 is accepted.
• This role enjoys a large degree of autonomy, be self-motivated and have an element of self-management

• You are undeniably charismatic and enthusiastic.
• You’re ambassadorial in nature, but commercial in practice.
• You’re an excellent communicator with confidence in your presentation skills.
• You are a person who believes in long term relationships with your customers and enjoy spending time with them.
