Due to continued expansion and market success, La Bergere is looking to recruit an experienced Office Administrative Assistant based in our London (Notting Hill) office.

The ideal candidate will be Fluent in French and assist the Sales and Buying team in a wide range of tasks:

Key tasks:

• answering calls, replying to emails
• take orders from customers
• be in contact with suppliers
• data entry
• experience with quick books
• chasing clients with overdue invoices
• secretarial duties, organizing trips 

Requirements:

• strong communications skills, written and verbal
• a minimum of 3 year experience in a similar position
• highly organized
