Heads, Hearts & Tails are looking for passionate and knowledgeable wine enthusiasts to join the team at Liverpool & Bristol’s leading Food & Wine event - Bordeaux Wine Festival. 

Bordeaux Wine Festival Liverpool falls on the 31st of May until the 2nd of June at the picturesque UNESCO heritage water front, Liverpool Pier Head. Bristol Bordeaux Wines will take place on the 27thof May until the 8thof June at Broadmead, the heart of the busy city centre.  Timings are TBC, shifts will be minimum 8 hours of work each day. 

This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic individual to share their passion of wine, explore the wine trade and develop their understanding of Bordeaux Wines. The role is on behalf of our client Vins de Bordeaux, which represents Bordeaux wine makers, negociants and agents around the world.

 

Our ideal candidate would be expected to attain the following set of skills:

* Shows energy, commitment and courage in approach and the confidence to challenge current ways of working

* Willingness to engage and communicate with customers

* Local to Liverpool/Bristol, less than an hour commute

* Minimum WSET level 2 or equivalent required

* Good background knowledge of the Bordeaux area and wine production 

* Open to working part time/flexible hours - the work will be part time and mostly weekends. 

* Eligible to work in the UK 

* Availability from May 2019
