Seeking an experienced Deputy Manager to work alongside the General Manager of this beautiful, gastro pub in the Horsham Area.
The site prides itself on classic British cuisine served fresh at a high quality standard - To compliment this lovely fayre there is a great range of cask ales, fine wines and speciality liquors.
This strong Deputy Manager must have a real passion for food - and come from a fresh food background. They must also posses an extensive knowledge of spirits, wines and good old cask ales.
This site already has a strong kitchen brigade as well as having an established front of house team and so it is paramount to keep the momentum going - Must be able to hit the floor running!
Looking for applicants with:
- Wealth of senior management experience in food led sites
- Experience in the training and development of staff
- Extensive cellar management knowledge
- Fresh food knowledge
- Knowledge and understanding of GP's wet and dry
