Lead our affiliate marketing strategy across Europe
As Affiliate Marketing Manager, you will lead our affiliate marketing strategy across Europe. Using data and insights, you will develop business cases for new marketing opportunities across different platforms, strategies, etc. You can work out of our office in London or work remotely from anywhere in Europe in this role.

Your key responsibilities will include to:

  • Be responsible for campaign setup, execution, reporting, and optimization to drive performance indicators in alignment with marketing objectives
  • Actively monitor and evaluate campaign performance in the platform, leveraging insights and trends, and provide data-backed recommendations to internal media partners and stakeholders
  • Recommend and execute “test-and-learn”-campaigns to expand on internal knowledge and best practices
  • Monitor affiliate activity, analyze performance, identify areas of improvement, and recommend ways to add incremental business
  • Identify, recruit, and cultivate new affiliate relationships that will expand our reach to new audiences, driving incremental business
  • Oversee the development and distribution of marketing tools and sales creative to affiliates
  • Establish channels of communication to ensure all affiliates and joint venture partners have access to marketing tools
  • Provide optimal budget forecasting and allocations recommendations across affiliate marketing, with the focus of achieving maximum reach, scale, engagement effectiveness, and performance efficiency
  • Negotiate paid placement opportunities with top partners, new affiliates, and influencers
  • Deliver against sales and ROAS targets and analyzing detailed KPIs/reporting to support Affiliate Marketing objectives/goals


The team
You will report to the Head of Performance Marketing - Europe, and be a vital member of the marketing team. You will have strong relationships with key stakeholders across the company, including Brand, Product, and Operations. You will work cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Operations, Country Managers, BI, and agency partners to deliver against clear campaign goals and measurement KPIs. Adding to this, you will partner with the design team to develop custom creative assets most appropriate for our various partnerships.

 

Data-driven self-starter with an always-testing mindset

We are looking for someone fluent and experienced in the process of prospecting, contacting, and recruiting strong joint venture partners. Ideally, you are a data-driven self-starter who can work successfully on multiple projects in a fast-paced and process-oriented environment. In addition, you have excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to articulate and communicate expertise broadly.

Adding to the above, we hope to see that you have and can demonstrate:

  • Understanding of the affiliate marketing industry
  • Experience with tools such as Impact Radius, Pepperjam, Affiliate Window, and Commission Junction
  • Experience in mobile app affiliates, tracking, and fraud identification specific to the mobile app industry
  • Experience using Excel, Looker, Tableau, or Datorama to gather and evaluate data to inform strategies and optimizations
  • Excellent analytical skills, including proficiency in using Google Analytics
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • BS/BA degree or equivalent level of industry experience
  • Knowledgeable of the online advertising ecosystems and the diverse MarTech/DataTech landscapes is a plus
  • Preferred: Second language, either French, Italian, German or Spanish
  • Preferred: Experience with - or good understanding of – other digital marketing channels, e.g., Paid Social, Affiliates, Programmatic Medial, CRM
