The Grand, Folkestone is looking to recruit an enthusiastic and hard working Food & Beverage professional with 1 – 2 years experience in the industry for its various Food & Beverage Outlets, based predominantly in its Glass House restaurant.Your responsibilities will be the offering of a superior level of customer service at all times, generating Sales and supporting the “Can-Do” attitude of The Grand. You will be driven, presentable and with an experienced skill base in either hotels or branded Food & Beverage operations.
You will report to the Food & Beverage Manager (Maitre d’) and The Grand Manager.
Salary – NMW In addition we offer full training to NVQ standard and the opportunity for progression
