WX Brands has a unique portfolio of global brands that include, amongst many others: Bread & Butter, Chronic Cellars and Ogio.
We are looking to appoint an Office Administrator to support its UK office. We are a small but very busy team supplying wine to the UK and European markets.
- Salary: circa £25,000 per year based on experience
- Permanent position with a 6 month probation period
- Hours: Full time position, 9am until 5h30, Monday to Friday
- Location: London EC1N
- The nature of this role means this is an office based position.

The successful candidate will manage the end to end process of the movement of wine samples around the globe, ensuring the right product is in the right place at the right time. The role also requires general administrative duties to support the UK sales, marketing and operations teams.
You will need to be tenacious, well-organised, self-motivated and able to work at a fast pace, solving problems as you go.
You must feel comfortable working cross functionally with our internal team, producers and customers.
There will be the opportunity to develop your knowledge of the UK, EU and global wine industry and to assist with trade fairs once current Covid restrictions are eased.
The role will be based in our new Farringdon office.
