Great opportunity for a person who wants progression within their career, a client is looking for a Food & Beverage Supervisor to work at a very prestigious site near Ascot.
You will help the Restaurant Manager across various food outlets within this prestigious site from Restaurant, Private Dining to Cocktail Bar. You will help manage a team of up to 20 permanent team members and casual staff when busy, you will need to show excellent team management and be organised and have love for food and wine.
Your main duties will be to ensure that all areas are prepared for service meet and greet, completing the rotas for all team members, developing the team, reply to all feedback, resolving any service issues, taking payments and so forth
To be considered you will
*Excellent communication skills for both customers and team members
*Food and beverage knowledge to offer the best service and the ability to develop the team
*Management or Supervisory experience within a 4 or 5 star Hotel or High End Restaurant which is up to a Rosette standard
*Track record in managing a team
*Ideally have your own transport due to semi – rural location
