The Position
Are you’re passionate about fine wine, top-shelf spirits and exceptional cocktails, and interested in supervising a team of talented Bartenders and Waiters? Then we invite you to join us as Bar Supervisor at Rocco Forte Hotels.
As Bar Supervisor, you will be responsible for the flawless running of teh floo, maintaining a cool head and positive attitude as you steer the bar team, working alongside the Bar management team to preserve the stellar reputation of our bar.
You will be an innovative drinks specialist with a thorough knowledge of market-leading wine, spirits and beer, bringing a mixologist’s touch to our cocktail menu.
Naturally, you’ll be passionate about giving guests the warm, intuitive service they’ve come to expect from Rocco Forte Hotels, and committed to motivating your team to provide the highest level of service. You will lead by example, guiding them to anticipate guests’ needs and exceed expectations. In turn, you’ll be given the support to develop your skills as a supervisor and drinks specialist.
