Artelium Wine Estate is seeking a Sales Manager 

Artelium Wine Estate is a new and contemporary boutique wine estate, producing exceptional English wine vineyards in East and West Sussex. Our first release sparkling wines are already award winning and building up a loyal following.  We are looking for a full time or part time sales manager to join our small, friendly and fast-growing team. 

Responsibilities will include

·       To develop and deliver a sales strategy to deliver commercial targets

·       To own and manage the sales process

·       To build and develop long term relationships with customers

·       To work with the rest of the team to deliver a great customer experience and efficient operation

·       Work proactively with the directors to ensure accurate reporting and continual improvement

·       To build, manage and nurture relationships with internal and external customers

We are looking for someone who is

·       An excellent communicator

·       Targets driven and commercially astute

·       Professional, presentable, highly organised with inherent integrity and discretion

·       Experienced in the wine industry with at least 3 years sales experience

·       Experienced working within an early-stage business

·       Qualified to WSET Level 4

·       Experienced in preparing and hosting tastings

 

Competitive salary: £30,000 to £35,000 pro rata depending on experience
