We are looking for an experienced Food and Beverage Assistant to join our growing and vibrant team here at The Laurels in Charnock. The Laurels is set amidst a stunning 96 acres of beautiful Lancashire countryside and boasts a picturesque golf course, modern restaurant and a highly adaptive events space. We are looking for an individual bursting with positivity and personality with relevant experience, a passion for great customer service and an excellent attention to detail. Teamwork is the key to our success here so an ability to work collaboratively as well as an ability to follow direction is essential. You will also need to be flexible and able to work evenings and weekends to support the needs of the business.
Essential:
- Experienced working in a fast-paced and busy restaurant environment
- Experienced bar tending skills
- A keen attention to detail
- Excellent customer service skills
- Basic cash handling
- Working flexibility
- Age 18+
Desirable:
- Experienced waiting
- Experienced cocktail bar tender
- Experienced barista
- Knowledge of wines and speciality spirits
- Access to own transport
- Food Hygiene Level 2
