Working alongside the Manager, the role will involve assisting the running of a busy specialist wine and spirits bar.
This is a customer facing role involving both the retail and bar sides of the business as well as ensuring all guests receive the best service.
Skills required -
- Good team player
- Excellent communication skills
- Personable, presentable, and passionate about great service
Skills desired -
- Experience in the Retail or Hospitality Sector
- A good understanding of Wines and Spirits
- WSET level 2 or above is an advantage
Experience isn’t necessary, as we can teach all you need to know, but enthusiasm and a great personality are an absolute must
Due to the nature of the position, only applicants 18 years old and over need apply.
