Key responsibilities:
• Processing of sales orders, liaising with our Bonded warehouse, organizing all deliveries, following-up and solving delivery issues, receipting new stocks, invoicing customers ( On-trade & Off-trade )
• Checks orders and notifies the Sales Rep of any problems regarding sales order
• Deal with OOS and replacements
• Stock take and stock reconciliation monthly
• Sales & admin support for our On-Trade and Off-Trade Sales Channel
• Prepare purchase orders for our Agencies by verifying stock consumption and company guidelines
• Responsible for managing our intern and organising his daily tasks
Skills:
• A willingness to learn the responsibilities of the position; clear communication and precise instructions, focused problem-solving methodology and attention to detail.
• Familiarity LCB Vision beneficial not essential.
• Wine knowledge is not essential but an interest and determination to learn more will be highly beneficial; WSET or similar qualification welcome
• Educational level: Bachelor/Master Degree required
• Fluency in front of various computer systems, where curiosity and drive will enable the candidate to quickly understand and master the software tools developed for the company
• Being very structured and rigorous in its day to day work, as there is no room for approximation in the role; with a solid drive, willingness to work in a multi cultural team where passion and energy are central to the company's success
• Speak fluently English and ideally French and/or Italian as additional languages
• The candidate must hold a UK/EU passport or authorization to work in UK

Expected earning bracket for this role will be GBP 22 to 26 K based on seniority + bonus scheme
