We are looking for a talented Business & Operations Manager to join our highly ambitious team here at Cru Wine Limited. We have delivered over 100% annual growth over a number of years, and we have expanded from 2 to 10 employees within the last 2 years. Cru Wine Limited is a wine merchant which both trades fine wine and looks after the wine portfolio of its private clients.
The candidate should be comfortable working wihtin a highly motivated team to overachieve the company's monthly targets. The job responsibilities are:
- Overseeing the logistics of the company
- Stock level management
- Supply chain improvement in order to make the company more efficient
- Updating and tracking KPI's
- Improvement and maintenance of systems both internally and front-end (online portal + mobile application) for clients, with the help of external IT & product development consultants
- Financial admin
- Day to day operational activities
Experience and skills required:
- An understanding of fine wine
- Proven and successful operational experience (2-3 years)
- Disciplined and autonomous
- Highly motivated
- Excel proficient

Salary: £28,000 - £33,000 depending on experience.
