Head Bartender (Wine Jobs: Wine Retail & Sommelier)

An exciting opportunity has arisen at Bowood Hotel Spa and Golf Resort for the position of Head Bar tender.
We are looking for an experienced bar tender who possesses great cocktail making skills, has a good knowledge of wine with the ability to deliver great customer service.
You should have worked in a hotel environment previously, be proficient with all aspects of running a bar, are focused on managing the customer experience, can drive excellence in the bar and mentor and train other staff to develop their bar skills.
It is essential that you are a motivated individual who is able to work well under pressure. In this role you will primarily be working evenings, including weekends.
Bowood currently holds 2 AA Rosettes and 4 silver stars, with ambitions to raise the level of service to achieve 3 AA Rosettes and 4 red stars we are looking for a candidate with the experience to help us achieve this.
