About this role

We have 500 employees based in Accolade Park and, as part of a small administration team, you will be involved in every level of administration through all of the main disciplines including recruitment and on-boarding, learning and development, reward, payroll preparation and employee relations.    You will also be the first point of contact for queries from employees and deal with external suppliers, particularly for recruitment services.

Supporting the HR team, you will provide first line support and advice on all HR day-to-day queries and escalate more complex queries to the HR Business Partner or HR Manager, HRIS Manager/Team or Learning and Development as appropriate.

You will also be responsible for making sure employee data and administration is maintained accurately and on time.  including  all records in our HRIS, electronic and paper files.

Other tasks include supporting the recruitment process:  placing job adverts on the relevant boards supporting the shortlisting and screening process and managing the job offers and on boarding process and delivering some elements of our local induction programme helping new starters settle in to the business and ensuring all new starter information is collected and saved appropriately to meet data compliance.  

You will ensure all contractual changes are documented and stored properly, including probation reviews and changes to roles and provide standard references and other appropriate information for employees past and present. Additionally you will coordinate all HR invoicing and new suppliers set ups, ensuring company practices are upheld in the process.

About you

You will have previous administration experience working in a team but with your own clear responsibilities, where you have demonstrated your attention to detail and accuracy, as well as your ability to provide great service to internal and external stakeholders at all levels.  You will be confident with business software, such as Microsoft Office and hold good communication skills, both written and verbal.

It’s important you are able to work on your own initiative, prioritise your work effectively and work well under pressure with a variable workload.  Being proactive and able to identify better ways of working, you will work with the team to implement these.
