Finance Analyst Costing (Wine Jobs: Management & Administration)

This role is a fixed term contract and will be for a period of up to 6 months. Happy to consider flexible working arrangements dependent on experience.   

We have an opportunity for a Finance Analyst to join our Supply Chain Finance Team at our Accolade Park site close to the M5 near Bristol.. You will be responsible for providing accurate product costs for use in all systems and processes and for ensuring these are provided in a timely manner, supporting business requirements and prepared in accordance with AW processes and procedures.. You will also be responsible for preparing weekly analysis for PPV, Works Orders, Inventory and External Operations and for supporting the SC & Ops teams in root cause analysis.

• Enter standard costs into JDE for new components
• Maintenance of accurate standard costs within JDE and regular data review.
• Internal Review of  newly created standard costs
• Assist with preparation of weekly PPV & inventory adjustment review and weekly works order reconciliation.
• Prepare Invoice trackers
• Manage & Raise Freight & Other PO’s
• Post month end journals for the team
• Maintain the supplier glass pallet log
• Assist with the preparation of the weekly management reports

You will have transactional finance experience, experience of working with JDE / SAP -  ERP System.

An understanding of double entry accounting,  Excel skills  and the ability to work to tight and changing deadlines as part of a team are also essential skills for this role.
