About the role
We have an opportunity for a Supplier Data Analyst to join our Procurement Team at our Accolade Park site close to the M5 near Bristol. The purpose of this role is to support the Supplier Development Program. The Supplier Development Analyst will be primarily responsible for all aspects of data collection, analysis and reporting in relation to supplier performance. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and suppliers to ensure key metrics are accurately recorded and compile reports that are presented to internal management and the supply base. Your analysis will highlight potential for change and drive greater efficiencies across the supply chain.

About the role – Key accountabilities
- Use excel skills to build complex charts, manipulate data and create monthly supplier performance dashboards
- Monitor, analyse and report on trends and track ongoing supplier progress
- Review data for accuracy prior to publication to team, management and supply base
- Identify reporting gaps and develop and implement new reporting methods and tools
- Knowledge of and ability to understand and resolve data inconsistencies or variances
- Schedule, co-ordinate and attend supplier development reviews on a monthly basis
- Accurate documentation of minutes during regular reviews
- Provide supplier related data support to the procurement function
- Awareness of procurement strategy for the supply base
About you
You will have well-developed analytical skills with the proven ability to manipulate and analyse data and present it in a clear understandable format. You will also have the ability to powerfully portray data and leverage to drive continuous improvement
You will need a basic understanding of VBA with ability to write macros for automation of processes with 1+ years’ experience in an analytical role with demonstrable advanced Excel skills including the ability to create and manage pivot tables, design and manipulate complex graphs and create intricate formulas
