The UK’s premier retailer of champagne is offering a multi-faceted role for an experienced Customer Service Assistant. Experience dealing with customers across multiple channels is essential, and preferably you will have experience in the drinks industry with a WSET Level 2.
Essentially you will need;
• To be self-motivated, passionate and enthusiastic to providing excellent customer service.
• Excellent attention to detail, time management, IT, administration, and reporting skills.
• Consistently delivers great performance as an individual and through the team.
• An adaptable and positive approach to new challenges and changes.
• Supportive team player demonstrating loyalty and commitment to colleagues.
• Strong Ms Office Skills - MS Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams.
Preferred skills
• Previous experience within a Customer Service Ecommerce position in a wine/drinks environment. WSET Level 2 preferred.
• Experience using stock management and accounts software.
• Experience working with Ecommerce Website Administration
Top Accountabilities
• Support the Corporate Manager with tasks, sales and reports.
• Answer phones with a clear and well-spoken manner. Ability to work effectively with a variety of customers.
• Sales support administration.
• Process orders from phone and email into stock system.
• Process and manage orders from enquiry to dispatch/delivery.
• Resolve customer queries and complaints with professional and empathic approach.
• Supporting the business in other departments when needed during busy periods.
